The OMAG Policy Portal is designed to give our members access to their policy documents, schedules, vehicle ID cards, and invoices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We recommend that you watch the following demonstration videos prior to contacting OMAG staff for assistance.
You will need some basic pieces of information, such as your municipality name, one of your policy numbers and types, municipality billing zip code, and of course, information about yourself (name, title, email address, etc.). You will be required to verify your email address by clicking on a link that we will provide to you by email during registration.

You can reset your password by clicking on the link 'Forgot your password'. If you have any problems with your login, we can assist you. Simply call or email Karen Jones in OMAG Member Services at 1-800-234-9461 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just a modern web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. A PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat may be helpful, but is not necessary. You may also use a tablet or cell phone.
The Portal includes policy documents, invoices, schedules, endorsements, and certificates of coverage. These documents are updated nightly as your policy is changed. There are many other things you can do on the Portal too.
If there’s incorrect information about your policy, simply use the buttons to submit a change to your policy (add a missing vehicle to your schedule, for example). If you have a lot of items that need to be corrected, you’re welcome to reach out to OMAG Underwriting or Member Services staff and we’ll be happy to conduct a more in-depth policy review.
Nope! You will never be charged to use the Policy Portal. It’s simply to make your job easier.
Of course not! We want to help you, no matter what method you prefer. This is simply one more way to get the speediest, most up-to-date information in your hands. If you prefer to use the phone, just give us a call.
As part of our Go Green! Initiative, we are no longer mailing flash drives at renewal. If you wish to receive flash drives and other mailed correspondance, please sign-in to the Policy Portal, and opt your city out of our Go Green! Initiative.
We strongly recommend using a modern, standards-based web browser such as an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Microsoft Edge or Opera should also be supported. Internet Explorer is not supported.

The MPPP Plan Document has been amended. Utility poles are added to the definition of Outdoor Property, coverage is broadened from $50,000 to $100,000 and wind is added as a covered peril.

Just a reminder that you no longer need to send hard copies of your Form 2s to the Workers' Compensation Commission.
Send your Form 2s to firstname.lastname@example.org and CBR will file them with the Commission for you electronically.
Also: You don't have to register with the Commission to file electronically. CBR has done this for you.

We've had reports that when submitting a change form, some folks have had issues. The form randomly substitutes someone else's name for yours on the form.
If this has happened to you, would you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing what happened?

The OMAG Board of Trustees approved 3 plan document amendments on January 25, 2019. These can be found in the Plan Document section of the Portal. They will also be mailed to you this week.
Briefly, municipal sales tax revenue coverage is added to the MPPP, the time to add new autos and equipment is changed from 60 to 365 days in the MLPP and blanket coverage for auto equipment and miscellaneous equipment is added to the MLPP.

“Beginning 07/01/2019 OMAG will no longer send emails with completed endorsement information, unless there is a charge and the premium is not waived. The endorsements will be available on the Portal upon completion. There is an option, within your portal settings, that will send an email notification to you when a new document is available to view.”
